To strengthen our accounting team at Trianon, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant (m/f).
Mission
- Daily accounting of financial transactions and control of accounting operations - Analysis of receipts, identification of payments and correct allocation of entries - Searching for supporting documents and processing of unallocated payments or reimbursements - Payment and monitoring of supplier invoices - Reconciliations, accounting matching and monitoring of outstanding entries - Collaboration with internal teams and participation in process improvement
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, maturity certificate or training in accounting/finance - Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position - Good command of MS Office, especially Excel, and ease with accounting tools - Precision, organisation, autonomy and sense of responsibility - Analytical mind, attention to detail and ability to manage several files - Good interpersonal skills, team spirit; German and/or English is an advantage
