To strengthen our team within the association services department in Paudex (VD), we are looking for a
Responsibilities
- Administrative management of various association secretariats - Note-taking and drafting minutes of committees, general assemblies, etc. - Organisation of various events - Management of mail, diary, and deadlines - Management and animation of websites and social media - Monitoring invoicing in collaboration with the accounting department - Various administrative tasks (management of member files, creation and updating of standard letters, filing, etc.)
Your profile
- Possession of a commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC) or an equivalent qualification - Service-oriented and comfortable with IT tools (MS Office) - Experience in event organisation - Fluency in French with excellent writing skills - Demonstrates autonomy and flexibility - A few years of experience in a similar position would be an asset
