ACCOUNT MANAGER/Sales Engineer (m/w/d)

Account Manager & Sales Engineer(M/F/D) Ref: HY46625 A global fastener manufacturer company is currently seeking an Account Manager & Sales Engineer with 3 years+ sales experience to join their expanding international sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts, with a focus on OEM and Tier 1 customers across Europe, Turkey, and North Africa. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector, along with excellent relationship-building and customer communication skills. ——————————————– WORK STYLE: 4 days in the office, 1 day work from home (regular business trip required) VISA SUPPORT: Type: permanent contract, with 6 months’ probation period Salary: €50-70k gross per year depending on experience, + performance-based bonus Negotiate prices/services with customers, determine/manage sales prices Target programme progress management Market research/analysis (customers/competitors), customer interviews/actual vehicle surveys/exhibition surveys, etc. Support the planning and promotion of various strategies (product strategy/supply strategy) Collaboration with relevant departments (R&D, PDO, FTC, YOC, etc.) 3 years+ experience in sales, project management, and technical support is must ~ Sales experience in the automotive sector (OEM/Tier 1 level) is hugely beneficial ~ Business level fluency in English is must, German language is beneficial ~ All applicants for the Account Manager & Sales Engineer must have the right to work in the country without any restrictions as the Company is not able to offer visa support. *
