Social Media Specialist

You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that showcases cutting-edge sports gear and connects with athletes and enthusiasts. You’ll also analyse the performance of each post, track key metrics, and use these insights to refine our strategy and boost audience engagement.

• Salary: 3,600 – 4,000 EUR/month (negotiable)

Main Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with company goals
2. Plan, create, and publish platform-specific content (posts, images, videos, stories)
3. Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages
4. Track and analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions)
5. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and features
6. Visit locations during matches or events to gather content
7. Conduct interviews with athletes
8. Identify and expand into new social media platforms as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Over 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist
• Skills: content creation, analysis, German language proficiency
• Knowledge: Adobe Photoshop and related editing tools
• Languages: Native fluency in German, business-level English
• Strong communication skills for collaboration
• Understanding of Japanese corporate culture is a plus
