Career Readiness Trainer

The Vaud Youth Aid Center (CVAJ) facilitates the Springboard to Active Life (TVA), provided in vocational schools in the canton of Vaud. This program supports apprentices in their transition to their first job: skills assessment, creation of job search application materials, and interview training. As part of the development of our network, we are looking for experienced professionals to intervene occasionally in vocational schools for the Springboard to Active Life program.Your missions- Facilitate TVA sessions for apprentices in Vaud vocational schools- Support young people in identifying their values, skills, and professional objectives- Advise participants on the creation and optimization of their application materials (CV, cover letters, LinkedIn profile)- Prepare and facilitate mock job interviews- Raise awareness among apprentices about current job market trends: hidden market, networkingProfile- Holder of the FSEA certificate for adult education or recognized as an independent contractor under Swiss AVS- Experience in facilitating groups or supporting young adults- Current professional activity in recruitment, human resources, placement, outplacement, or employment support- Excellent knowledge of the Vaud labor market and recruitment practices- Knowledge of the vocational training sector desired- Comfortable with standard tools, including artificial intelligence- Excellent pedagogical skills, reliability, and sense of responsibilityWhat we offer- Activity as an independent contractor within a recognized organization- Interventions planned in advance and compatible with an existing professional activity- Pedagogical materials provided by the organization- Opportunity to support young people in their transition between training and their first jobPlace of work: Vocational schools in the canton of VaudStart date: From OctoberPlease send your complete application file (cover letter, CV, work certificates, diplomas, and continuing education) by email. jidd532f80aen jit0729aen jpiy26aen
