What will you do?
· Understand the business needs and translates them into reports and dashboards
· Lead periodical and per demand Analysis of field issues and other data collected by the Salesforce (CRM) system, and /or other systems such as Oracle
· Monitor, analyze, observe trends and patterns, raise concerns for pandemics or repeated issues
· Design, develop, maintain reports and dashboards for Global and Regional Support Centers, using SalesForce or other analytics tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
· Root cause analysis of field failures, customer complaints and provide feedback to cross-functional teams
· Perform product related analysis, and presenting the output to the R&D teams
· Present data findings in easily understandable format for relevant stakeholders (QA, R&D, Customer Support, RMA)

Job Requirements

· BA degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
· Familiarity with BI and CRM systems (preferably SalesForce)
· Has experience with Tableau for data visualization. Developer experience – an advantage
· Experience in MS Office suite (mandatory Excel and PowerPoint)
· Nice to have SharePoint experience
· Fluent English (read write speak)
· Strong analytical skills
· Good communication skills and human relations
· Fast learner
