You will position our company as a modern, tech and AI leader in our category, drive awareness and relevance across B2C and B2B audiences, and build scalable brand systems that create measurable business impact. A strong emphasis will be placed on integrating AI into brand processes to increase efficiency, insight, and creative impact.Your ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the global brand and communication strategy, ensuring consistency across all markets and audiencesLead and develop high-performing teams across Ads & Media, Content Marketing & Insights, PR, Social Media, Design and Brand EvangelismDesign and implement integrated omnichannel brand campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and preferenceBuild data-driven brand measurement frameworks (e.g. Google brand searches, brand visits, UBA, media KPIs etc)Integrate AI solutions across brand workflows – from campaign development to content creation and performance trackingServe as a key business partner to B2B Marketing, Online Marketing, Product & Tech, Sales and Executive teamsAct as a brand guardian and thought leader internally and externallyLead the implementation of brand marketing tools and platforms (e.g., AI-driven content engines, asset automation, brand consistency systems)Qualifications10+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, ideally with a mix of B2C and B2B, and proven leadership in high-growth digital environmentsExperience transforming brands in complex environments (e.g., platform, SaaS, or classifieds transitioning to SaaS)Strong knowledge of brand strategy, campaign development, channel orchestration, and brand governanceDemonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and measurable resultsTrack record of introducing and scaling AI-powered tools and processes in brand marketing (e.g., content automation, generative AI, campaign performance analysis, brand safety tools)Fluent in data and KPIs – from MMM to brand tracking to digital media analyticsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills – comfortable at C-level and with cross-functional teamsStrong creative instinct paired with structured thinking and executional rigorAdditional InformationWe’re a community here that cares as much about your life outside work as how you feel when you’re with us.
