Overview As a Mechanical CAD Designer in CERN’s Superconducting Magnet Technology section, you turn innovative magnet concepts into manufacturable prototypes and tooling. You will collaborate with engineers to develop CAD models and drawings for demonstrators and tooling, shaping assembly methods and tolerances. This role supports procurement and as-built updates, and provides tailored models for CNC machining and simulations. You will work in a cross-functional team on R D projects that advance accelerator magnet technology.
