For our location in Frankfurt am Main , we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) Accounting at the earliest possible date.
YOUR FURTHER ROLE:
- You are responsible for ensuring timely and proper compliance with accounting processes as well as the continuous development and implementation of improvements and process automation.
- You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of a small accounting team (approx. 3 permanent employees and 2-3 working students) and will continuously develop this team.
- You are jointly responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and work together with the external tax consultant to prepare the annual financial statements in accordance with commercial law.
- You will support the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package in OneStream as well as internal and external audits.
- You are responsible for coordinating and ensuring our processes and act as an interface between CEVA and our external service providers (tax advisors, shared service centres, etc.).
- You will coordinate and liaise with external consultants on accounting and tax law issues in connection with accounting processes.
- You will deal with ad hoc enquiries from the Group in the area of accounting and taxes.
THAT’S WHAT WE WANT:
- You have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance and accounting or comparable commercial training with further training as an accountant/international accountant.
- You have at least three years of management/team leadership experience in a comparable environment.
- You have sound knowledge in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, HGB and tax regulations.
- Ideally, you have acquired knowledge of process optimisation and automation.
- You have a good knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
- You communicate confidently in written and spoken English and German.
