As a (Junior) Influencer Marketing Manager FR (m/f/d), you will support the expansion of our creator sales activities in the French market – fully location-independent. You will work closely with our team, manage KPIs, and actively contribute to revenue growth.
In doing so, you will develop a deep understanding of performance-driven influencer marketing and build valuable expertise in creator sales and performance.
YOUR IMPACT
- Execute our FR-specific influencer marketing and creator sales activities with a strong focus on revenue, conversion, and measurable performance
- Research, identify, and independently approach relevant French creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), as well as support negotiations and campaign closures
- Build and maintain a scalable French creator portfolio, including contributing to commission models, incentives, and long‑term partnerships
- Analyze relevant KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rate, CPM, and revenue, and derive data‑driven optimization measures
- Monitor French creator, social media, and platform trends, and integrate new sales mechanisms and growth levers
- Actively contribute to building and scaling cfab / creamy fabrics as a DTC fashion brand in the French market
WHY YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR US
- At least 1 year of professional experience in influencer marketing, creator management, performance marketing, or sales‑related roles – ideally with exposure to the French market
- Strong interest in sales, revenue models, and performance‑driven work
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including in a remote setup
- Solid numerical understanding and initial experience working with KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPM, conversion rate, revenue)
- Structured, data‑driven, and results‑oriented way of working
- First experience with KPI tracking, influencer tools, or CRM/project management software is a plus
- Strong understanding of social media, the French creator economy, and digital trends
- Hands‑on mentality, strong sense of ownership, and a results‑driven mindset
- Business‑fluent French and English (C2 level or native proficiency), both written and spoken; German is a plus
- Willingness to work 4 days a week at our headquarters in DĂĽsseldorf
