A Sector Manager for Operations Service
Under the responsibility of the Operations Manager, you ensure the technical, operational and human management of your sector. You are responsible for the proper functioning of the installations, compliance with contractual commitments and the performance of your team.
Main missions:
- Team management:
Supervise and coordinate a team of mobile technicians, ensuring their professional development.
Organise intervention schedules and oversee task distribution.
Optimise resources to guarantee operational efficiency.
Ensure the proper execution of your team’s administrative tasks in accordance with company rules.
- Planning and Organisation:
Manage a portfolio of HVAC installations and ensure compliance with contractual specifications.
Plan preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
Analyse malfunctions and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Provide your technical expertise on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and control installations.
Participate in the on-call management service to ensure continuity of services.
- Client relations:
Be the preferred contact for your clients.
Develop a lasting relationship of trust.
Advise and support clients in energy optimisation and improvement of their installations.
Ensure regular monitoring of service quality and client satisfaction.
- Administrative management:
Participate in the implementation of contracts in the CMMS and ERP tools.
Keep the list of equipment under contract up to date.
Prepare quotes for the replacement of defective parts.
Contribute to the drafting of technical reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.
Identify and report operational anomalies.
Profile:
- HES technician in building technology or equivalent in the HVAC field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position, with in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems
- Proven experience in team coordination or in a managerial role
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Autonomous, team spirit and organisational skills
- Comfortable with IT tools
