Position Description:

As a Business Analyst Payments and AI (m/f/d), you will accompany exciting projects related to artificial intelligence and payment transactions for our clients. You will support the implementation and renewal of artificial intelligence, optimize business processes of payment systems, and bring both together. In our team, you will also support clients from the financial services sector, asset management, and new FinTechs.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Identifying AI-driven use cases in payment transactions and realizing new systems and processes, such as fraud detection, credit assessment, chatbots, personalized offers, and loyalty programs.
2. Translating business requirements into technical requirements for data science and AI teams.
3. Working closely with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
4. Driving and ensuring the quality of innovations in AI payments in connection with overarching business strategies and customer needs.
5. Independently developing workshops, studies, and professional contributions, as well as presenting confidently and competently to clients.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1. You have a completed degree in business administration or a comparable field, a commercial training with practical experience, or are looking for a career change into consulting.
2. You possess a deep understanding of payment gateways, digital wallets, payment processors, and emerging payment technologies.
3. You know the capabilities, requirements, strengths, and weaknesses of AI models.
4. You have basic knowledge of artificial intelligence related to payment systems, such as natural language processing and predictive analytics.
5. You are willing to travel and speak fluent German and English.
