Legal Adviser or Policy Adviser

Legal Advisor (f/m/d) Full-time Start date: Our client is a fast-growing company in the environmental commodities and sustainability advisory space is seeking a Legal Advisor to support its international operations. This role will focus on ensuring compliance across business activities, particularly within the D/A/CH region, while supporting the structuring and negotiation of commercial agreements. Full-time Start date: Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts, including sales and purchase agreements, brokerage contracts, NDAs, and service-level agreements—with a primary focus on German-speaking markets. Advise internal teams on a variety of legal topics, including compliance, data protection (GDPR), employment law, and corporate legal matters. Holds a legal qualification and brings a minimum of 2 years\‘ full-time experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts—preferably within the renewable energy or sustainability sector. Native or business-level fluency in both German and English is required. Proficiency in additional European languages (especially Spanish) is considered a plus. Strong knowledge of contract and commercial law, with additional expertise in data protection law (e.g., A modern, pet-friendly office located in a spacious loft along the canal in Berlin Kreuzberg.
