Project Manager – Energy Infrastructure Consulting Our client is a leading in-house strategy and management consulting organization within the energy sector.

The team advises senior executives on some of the most critical challenges facing the energy transition, energy networks, infrastructure development, and operational transformation.

As a Principal, you will lead high-impact strategic and operational projects, manage international consulting teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across multiple business units.

Responsibilities Lead complex strategic and operational consulting projects related to energy infrastructure, networks, and business transformation.

Develop practical solutions to industry and organizational challenges in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and serve as a trusted sparring partner to executive leadership teams.

Drive project delivery excellence while ensuring high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.

Contribute to business development activities, including shaping new initiatives and identifying future project opportunities.

Lead and mentor international consulting teams, supporting the professional development of Project Managers and Consultants through coaching and feedback.

Play an active role in internal initiatives such as recruiting, training, knowledge development, and employer branding.

Candidate Profile Outstanding academic background, ideally with a Master's degree or equivalent qualification.

Additional credentials such as a Ph D or MBA are considered an advantage.

Approximately 5 years of experience within management consulting.

Strong project leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation, strategy, or infrastructure projects.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities.

Ability to engage and influence senior executives and board-level stakeholders.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making skills and a passion for driving change.

Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and talent development.

Fluency in both German and English is required.
