Sales Director – Utility-Scale Energy Storage (BESS) Location: Hybrid or Remote (Germany, Spain or Poland) Our client is a global leader in green technology, dedicated to accelerating the energy transition through advanced renewable energy solutions. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Director to lead business development efforts for our utility-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS) . The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in renewable energy sales, a deep understanding of energy storage markets, and the ability to engage customers at a strategic level. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in utility-scale BESS markets. Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, product, and project development to deliver competitive, customized energy storage solutions. Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs. Track and report sales performance, pipeline development, and forecast updates to senior leadership. Monitor and incorporate renewable energy policies, incentives, and grid requirements into sales strategies. Support project finance and commercial structuring, including participation in financial close processes when needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field; Proven success in sales or business development within the renewable energy sector, ideally in utility-scale energy storage or BESS.
