We are seeking a Structured Products Specialist to advise on investment solutions, identify market opportunities, and drive business growth through the promotion of Structured Products.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Provide expert advice to Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors on tailored investment solutions, with a focus on Structured Products, to meet client needs
- Identify emerging market trends and develop innovative investment strategies to expand our client offerings
- Design, price, and launch structured products based on equity, credit, and interest rate underlyings
- Proactively manage product rollovers, notifying Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors of impending maturities and offering suitable replacement options
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders through regular desk meetings and advisory calls to promote Structured Products and drive business growth
- Deliver educational sessions to Relationship Managers to enhance their knowledge of Structured Products and improve sales effectiveness
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials that showcase investment ideas and opportunities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including trade booking, post-sale support, and product lifecycle management
YOUR PROFILE
- Education : Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an advisory or sales role
- Market Knowledge : Strong passion for financial markets, with a broad understanding of various asset classes and in-depth expertise in at least one area
- Structured Products Expertise : Advanced knowledge of Structured Products, including their design, pricing, and application
- Client Focus : Ability to analyze client situations, identify needs, and develop tailored solutions
- Communication Skills : Skilled in simplifying complex concepts and creating engaging advisory materials to support sales efforts
- Sales Drive : Results-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented environment
- Team Collaboration : Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and clients
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and VBA, with the ability to apply technical skills to analyze and solve complex problems
- Language Proficiency : Fluency in French and English ; German and other languages is a significant advantage
