Senior BP Finance in Zürich

As a Senior Business Partner Finance, you will serve as a strategic financial partner to leadership, driving high-level financial analysis, business performance monitoring, and strategic planning.

You will play a key role in steering financial decision-making and operational excellence, working closely with senior stakeholders and leading finance initiatives across the business.

Additionally, you will play a key role in leading financial stream preparation and steering key strategic initiatives ahead of our new ERP system rollout.

key responsibilities

• Act as the primary Finance Business Partner for a designated business unit.
• Deliver strategic analysis and insights to guide management decision-making.
• Lead the review of financial processes to identify improvements, manage risk, and ensure efficiency.
• Drive financial transparency and analytical excellence.
• Execute complex business partnering in compliance with local legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee monthly forecasting and the annual budgeting process.
• Lead projects, solve complex problems, and mentor junior team members.
• Convert complex financial data into actionable business advice for leadership.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of experience in a Finance Business Partner or Controlling role, preferably audit experience.
• Knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards, experience in forecasting, and strategic analysis.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and take full accountability for outcomes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with track record of influencing senior leadership.
• Fluency in English and German is required; French is a plus.
