Lead the supply chain and industrial strategy of a fast-growing, innovation-driven company operating at the crossroads of space and precision technology. With an annual spend exceeding $100M, you will drive negotiations and partnerships that directly shape our client\’s technological roadmap and financial performance.

ps, you will define strategic sourcing approaches, lead high-value negotiations, and manage supplier performance across a demanding, high-tech environment. You will also build and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring delivery excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company\’s procurement and supply chain strategy for advanced technological systems.
• Negotiation Excellence: Lead complex contract negotiations with major industrial partners across Europe and beyond.
• Supplier & Contract Management: Oversee a portfolio of large-scale contracts in high-tech regulated sectors.
• Industrial Performance: Secure quality, cost, and delivery performance through effective industrialisation, risk management, and dual sourcing strategies.
• Team Leadership: Build and develop a motivated, high-performing procurement and supply chain team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Industrialization, Finance, Program Management, and Quality teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Travel: Available to travel up to 25%, primarily within Europe.

Profile

• Proven success in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and complex contract management in high-technology industries.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal communication skills at executive and operational levels.
• Solid understanding of technical and industrial environments, including complex engineering and manufacturing systems. Knowledge of space industry is a nice-to-have.
• Experienced people leader with a track record of developing talent and driving organisational performance.
• Strategic thinker with operational rigor, agility, and business acumen.
• 15+ years in supply chain or procurement leadership roles. Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
