Key Responsibilities:
Foster constructive and professional cooperation with the Cockpit Crew, Management, and other internal and external partners
Ensure smooth flight operations while adhering to all safety and service procedures
Organise and proactively plan onboard workflows, ensuring the effective deployment of crew members according to their qualifications and experience
Actively implement company objectives to ensure a first-class, friendly, and customer-oriented service experience on board
Perform administrative tasks, such as reporting, to maintain and continuously improve our quality standards.
Your profile:
At least 1 year of professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member / Purser.
Fluent in German and English; Albanian and additional languages are an advantage.
Completed school or vocational education.
Good health (medical check prior to employment).
Excellent leadership skills.
Friendly and charming communication style.
Outgoing and charming personality.
Well-groomed appearance and impeccable manners.
Valid unrestricted Swiss or EU/EFTA passport.
