Overview

In this role within the Swiss Markets IT team, you ensure stable, high-quality e‑commerce, retail, CRM, and digital solutions across regions. You will focus on run operations, testing coordination, incident management, and small-to-mid projects in collaboration with business teams and IT stakeholders. The role sits at the intersection of support, QA, and delivery, driving reliable day-to-day operations while enabling controlled evolutions of the digital ecosystem. You will work in a dynamic, international luxury environment with opportunities to contribute to migration and enhancements.

Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Ensure availability, performance and quality of e‑commerce, boutique POS, digital apps, and CRM platforms
  • Coordinate run activities, incident management and root cause analyses with global, regional, and local IT teams
  • Monitor recurring issues and contribute to preventive and corrective actions
  • Co‑lead testing activities (SIT, UAT, regression) for run topics and projects
  • Plan and coordinate testing to ensure coverage of functional, integration, and end‑to‑end tests
  • Validate fixes, enhancements, and releases prior to production
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation
  • Lead or contribute to small/medium projects and evolutions related to e‑commerce, retail, digital and CRM
  • Coordinate e‑commerce migration rollout with Digital, Global IT, and local market teams
  • Define interfaces between solutions and test them (solutions/upgrades/bug fixes)
  • Implement platforms for boutiques (cash registers, mobility, e‑banking) with European IT teams
  • Coordinate tasks for boutique openings, renovations and relocations
  • Act as interface between Business, Markets, Global IT, Europe IT, and external partners
  • Organize operational follow-ups, workshops, and coordination meetings
  • Maintain IT governance, security, and audit documentation

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • 5 years of higher education in engineering
  • minimum 3 years in e‑commerce, retail and CRM, ideally in fashion or luxury goods
  • strong e‑commerce and CRM technical/functional expertise
  • functional knowledge of the e‑commerce journey (browsing to order, reverse logistics)
  • OMS & fulfillment and payment flow knowledge; release management
  • Salesforce for CRM is a plus; Oracle XSTORE/SIOCS or CEGID CBR‑Y2 POS systems are a plus
  • familiarity with RFID, boutique counting, queue management, OAB
  • strong run operations, testing coordination, and incident management experience
