Job Responsibilities:
- Establish the Germany Aftersales function, working closely with European and Global teams.
- Develop and implement Germany-specific programs for parts supply, technical support, customer service, and satisfaction standards.
- Define and achieve key performance targets for service and parts departments, while setting dealer and supplier targets to ensure consistent high performance.
- Collaborate with the German dealer network to drive high levels of customer and dealer satisfaction.
- Support on warranty claims and customer complaints in accordance with Changan standards and German regulatory requirements.
- Ensure nationwide customer service standards, aligning with fleet and leasing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in Automotive Aftersales & proven track record in establishing & developing this function, ideally in a multi-national environment.
- Understanding of automotive aftersales trends and operational processes in the German market.
- Demonstrated experience in working with dealers to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong entrepreneurship, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, capable of adapting to changing market conditions and driving operational improvements.
