Responsibilities:
- Establish internal policies and regulations of finance management, covering accounting, tax, budget, funding, accounts receivables and payables, expense reimbursement, and internal control.
- Manage accounting, including bookkeeping, financial statements preparation, and expenses reimbursement.
- Handle tax management, including declaration, refund, incentives application for VAT, corporate tax, and transfer price management.
- Oversee other finance-related matters, including funding, budgeting, and internal control.
- Responsible for financial information management, including recording and archiving.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Several years of work experience in finance and accounting, capable of regular accounting, tax, and other finance-related working procedures, with experience in working with accounting, tax, and related regulatory agencies in Europe and Germany.
- Knowledge of German GAAP, European and German tax regulations, and other regional financial regulations.
- Familiarity with China Accounting Standards and Chinese tax regulations, with experience in preparing financial statements under both GAAP in Germany and China.
- Language: Proficiency in German; knowledge of Chinese or English is a plus.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.
