Sales Operations and Distribution Manager

- Develop, implement and manage sales operations processes to support the sales team as well as dealers and independent distributors in achieving targets and objectives.
- Lead the sales forecasting process, including retail and wholesale projections, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Manage the vehicle pipeline for the entire distribution network to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to independent distributors, dealerships and fleet customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, transportation costs, and delivery timelines and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
- Implement performance KPIs to track progress and measure success against established goals along the entire supply chain.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in sales operations, distribution management or a related role in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of managing sales operations and distribution networks, preferably in a multi-national environment.
- Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, distribution networks, and logistics management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams.
