Your New Role
At the Hilden site, you will find a varied technical work environment in the field of industrial band monitoring systems. These systems are used, among others, in the international mining industry.
Your focus lies on in-house assembly and the construction of electrical engineering plants and panel cabinets. Additionally, you support the commissioning of systems directly at the customer's site.
Besides that, you work in a small production team and take on tasks both in the plant and occasional international assignments. The travel component averages about 10-15%, with trips lasting up to 7 days at a time.
Your Tasks
- Assembly and construction of electrical engineering plants according to specifications
- Construction and wiring of panel cabinets
- Electrical assembly of band monitoring and conveying systems
- Installation and connection of electrical components
- Performing functional tests in the in-house test laboratory
- Installation and configuration of software on the systems
- Supporting commissioning at the customer site
- Performing service and assembly work during international customer assignments
- Independent contribution to the implementation of technical projects
What You Bring
- Completed training as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or comparable electrical engineering qualification
- Technical understanding and craftsmanship skills
- Team work ability and flexibility
- Occasional willingness to travel internationally
- Basic knowledge of English for international customer assignments advantageous
- New to the profession are expressly welcome
