Junior Marketing Automation Manager

***This position can be based in Bulgaria or Germany with remote working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***

Main Responsibilities:

1. Platform Management: Operate and maintain marketing automation system (HubSpot), ensuring clean data flows and reliable integrations—especially with Salesforce. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth platform functionality.
2. Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other business-critical systems to ensure seamless data exchange and automation across platforms.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Data, and Systems teams to align processes, streamline lead handoffs, and support shared goals.
4. Automation Execution: Support campaigns, events, and webinars by building and optimizing marketing automations, nurture programs, and lead handovers aligned with lifecycle stages and campaign goals.
5. Data Health & Quality: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing data by cleaning outdated or incorrect records and optimizing data processes.
6. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and work on automating or improving workflows for scalability and better performance.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest MarTech trends, tools, and best practices; bring fresh ideas into the organization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot).
3. Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems;
4. Bonus: Experience with integration projects (e.g., data enrichment tools like Clay).
5. Strong understanding of lead nurturing, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing concepts.
6. Analytical and data-driven mindset; ability to derive actionable insights from campaign metrics.
7. Process-oriented and detail-focused, with a keen eye for improving operational workflows.
8. Proficient in English (written and spoken); German/Bulgarian is a plus.
