(Senior) FullStack Developer - Ecommerce (f/m/d)

YOUR ROLE:

As a (Senior) Fullstack Developer – eCommerce & Platforms, you will be responsible for designing and developing modern commerce and platform solutions — from analysis to go-live. You work closely with Solution Architects, QA, design, and product stakeholders and take ownership of technical implementation streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fullstack development of scalable eCommerce & digital platform solutions (frontend + backend).
• Development with a strong focus on Java or PHP in backend-heavy platform environments.
• Implementation and customization of commerce platforms — particularly Shopware (plus other shop systems beneficial).
• Collaboration with Solution Architects to design technical architectures and break down complex requirements.
• Translating business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Managing CI/CD workflows (builds, deployments, rollbacks, monitoring).
• Integrating CMS, commerce platforms, ERP/CRM and various APIs into enterprise landscapes.
• Supporting QA during test cycles, deployments and technical analyses.
• Contributing to requirements engineering, documentation and continuous improvement of internal standards.

YOUR PROFILE:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce or digital platform development.
• Fullstack skillset with strong backend expertise in Java and/or PHP.
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms, ideally Shopware 6 (other shop systems are a plus).
• Confident working with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue or Angular).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, scalable system design and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with system integrations (CMS, commerce, ERP/CRM and API design).
• First experience in technical coordination, mentoring or leading substreams is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Very good German language skills (C1+) and excellent English.
