PROJECT LEAD ARCHITECT (80–100%)
Charles Jenny Architect is an architecture firm based in Lausanne, bringing together a dynamic team of architects and real estate valuation experts. Our activity covers all project phases, across various programmes: housing, conversions, heritage restoration, commercial fit-outs, public institutions, catering and property developments.
To support the growth of the firm, we are looking for a: Project Lead Architect (80–100%)
Your main responsibilities:
- Complete management of architectural projects, from initial studies to completion. - Coordination of the various project stakeholders (client, engineers, contractors, authorities and specialised consultants). - Preparation and monitoring of planning application dossiers. - Development of projects during execution phases. - Architectural and technical management of construction sites. - Cost control, administrative follow-up, verification of deadlines and quality of execution.
Your profile:
- Degree in architecture from a University of Applied Sciences, ETH or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland. - Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures, SIA standards and Swiss construction practices. - Proven experience in site management and construction supervision. - Perfect command of Archicad (mandatory, please do not apply if this criterion is not met). - Good knowledge of Messerli. - Excellent organisational and coordination skills. - Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
