Our client is seeking an experienced Multi-Asset Systematic Trader to join their trading team in Geneva.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in systematic trading, portfolio construction, and quantitative research, with the ability to identify and execute opportunities across a broad range of asset classes. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly analytical environment where technology, data, and risk management sit at the core of the investment process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage systematic trading strategies across multiple asset classes.
Conduct quantitative research to identify new trading opportunities and sources of alpha.
Design and optimise portfolio construction frameworks to maximise risk-adjusted returns.
Analyse market data, risk exposures, and portfolio performance to support investment decisions.
Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and quantitative professionals to enhance existing strategies and develop new approaches.
Monitor and manage portfolio risk, ensuring adherence to risk parameters and investment objectives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading models, infrastructure, and analytical processes.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience within systematic trading, quantitative investing, cross-asset trading, QIS, systematic macro, or related strategies.
Strong understanding of portfolio construction, optimisation, and risk management techniques.
Proven ability to trade, research, or manage portfolios across multiple asset classes.
Advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities.
Strong programming skills, with proficiency in Python preferred.
Experience working with large datasets, statistical analysis, and model development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively within a collaborative trading environment.
