We are working in close partnership with a highly respected global organisation within the healthcare and life sciences sector, as they continue their procurement transformation journey across both direct and indirect spend. With a growing presence in pharmaceuticals and adjacent markets, this is a unique opportunity to join a business that is shaping the future of its category management capability.

Job Information:

Several Global Category Managers are required to strengthen procurement operations across Europe, with hubs in Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, and Poland. These roles will suit ambitious procurement professionals who thrive in stakeholder engagement, best-practice development, and who want to make an impact in a complex and fast-evolving environment.

What we\’re looking for:

• Strong procurement expertise in directs and/or indirects, ideally gained within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or adjacent regulated industries.
• Exposure to IT & digital procurement (SaaS, software, data tools), with the ability to unlock adoption and efficiency is beneficial but not require
• CIPS (or equivalent) qualification, with demonstrable experience of savings delivery, value tracking, and structured reporting.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in highly regulated, scientific, or technical environments.
• Resilience and capability in working with data, systems, and tools – and bringing clarity to areas that are still developing.

Location & ways of working:

• Roles are available across multiple European hubs, with remote flexibility.
• The organisation is moving toward a hybrid model, so candidates should be commutable to one of the base locations and open to occasional international travel.
