Job Overview
The Logistics Coordinator – Returns, Transport & Customs will support our day‑to‑day operations in terms of logistics and supply chain activities. The job involves ensuring correct transportation, scheduling, and inventory management for service delivery schedules. It also responsibilities include managing the end‑to‑end process of product returns, including inspections, RMA coordination, and repair supplier interactions.

Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day logistics operations including transport scheduling, shipment tracking, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and manage transport bookings with carriers and freight forwarders.
- Ensure compliance with international customs regulations and manage import/export documentation in collaboration with our partners.
- Coordinate Return Material Authorizations (RMA) with distributors, customers, and internal support teams.
- Coordinate return logistics with repair suppliers, ensuring timely processing and communication.
- Operate warehouse and inventory management systems.
- Provide general support across all spare parts supply chain activities, including warehouse operations, transport coordination, and planning.

- Report quality problems or defects to a manager or senior management for corrective action.
- Perform duties as modified or assigned as needed to meet business needs.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, transport management, returns management, supply chain operations or similar.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Verbal and written communication skills in German, good English skills.
- Ability to participate effectively as part of a team.
- Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (MS Dynamics) is a plus.
