Inhouse Consultant – Capital Markets (M/F/D)Cross-divisional | Germany

• Supporting the implementation of the growth strategy of the company as a whole, particularly with regard to highly relevant projects
• You will support the further development of the process organization of Chartered Investment and its subsidiaries – both with regard to regulatory requirements and with regard to streamlining processes and structures and improving efficiency.
• Assume responsibility for assigned project plans. You will ensure that all project objectives are achieved on time and to the highest quality.
• Based on your excellent specialist knowledge of capital markets and financial products, you will be available to the specialist departments as a competent discussion partner. You will represent the impulses and requirements of the company competently and convincingly and ensure the completion of ongoing projects.
• Documenting, monitoring and presenting the progress of projects to managing directors.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed Master\’s degree in the field of economics, finance or similar
• At least three years of professional experience in a management consultancy, bank, asset manager, ideally in the area of capital markets
• Specialist knowledge of organizational structures, operational processes, IT, front-to-back in the capital market environment
• Excellent analytical skills and strong strategic thinking
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and make decisions confidently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and flexibility
• Excellent language skills in German and English
