Legal Counsel (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Legal structuring, launch and ongoing support of structured products and index solutions, including settlement and termination of products/index solutions
• Drafting and preparation of (base) prospectuses, registration forms, term sheets, securities terms and conditions, key information documents (PRIIP KIDs), and other documents
• Coordination of documentation with responsible colleagues, clients, and external service providers
• Supporting approval processes by the competent authority
• Supporting the legal analysis and evaluation of new product proposals, as well as monitoring legal developments/the regulatory environment in relation to the existing product universe
• Creation and further development of templates and the document management system

YOUR PROFILE

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of capital markets law, contract law, preferably with a focus on structured products/derivatives
• Fully qualified lawyer, business lawyer, or comparable with an above-average degree
• Above-average verbal and written fluency and conciseness
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Strong academic skills and analytical thinking ability
• You act proactively, enjoy taking on responsibility, and are characterized by a high level of self-motivation and decisiveness
