What you'll do
Provide technical support to partners, dealers, and enterprise customers in Germany
Conduct on-site product demos, tests, and training
Work with sales as the technical expert
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with HQ in Shanghai
Build and update training materials and technical documentation
What we're looking for
Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GIS or a related engineering discipline
Prior experience in technical customer support is preferred
Excellent German language skills (C1‑C2) for engaging with local stakeholders; familiarity with German business culture
Working‑level English proficiency for internal team communication
Willing to travel occasionally across Germany and Europe
