h3Job Title /h3 /brpInfrastructure Building Engineer /p /br /brh3Main Mission /h3 /brpLead the construction, renovation, improvement, and fit-out activities for the buildings at Takeda’s Neuchâtel pharmaceutical site, from the design phase through project handover, while ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS, cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements. /p /br /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliLead construction, renovation, and fit-out projects for the site’s buildings: Define technical requirements with stakeholders from Production, Quality, EHS, Maintenance, and end users. /li /brliContribute to the preparation of specifications, budget estimates, schedules, and execution strategies. /li /brliParticipate in design studies, tender processes, and supplier consultations. /li /brliSupervise general contractors, engineering firms, architects, and subcontractors. /li /brliCoordinate work on site and monitor daily progress. /li /brliLead Facility Master Plan on site. Ensure that work complies with approved plans, applicable standards, and GMP requirements. /li /brliManage risks related to simultaneous activities, work in an industrial environment, and business continuity. /li /brliMonitor costs, schedules, execution quality, and scope changes. /li /brliOrganize site meetings and provide project reporting. /li /brliManage non-conformities, punch-list items, changes, and corrective actions. /li /brliCompile and review project closeout documentation, including as-built drawings, technical files, certificates, and reports. /li /brliPrepare for and participate in audits, inspections, and regulatory checks. /li /brliContribute to the continuous improvement of construction, safety, and maintenance standards for the site’s infrastructure and buildings. /li /brliEnsure compliance of the site’s safety systems with AEAI requirements. /li /br /ul /br /brh3Technical Scope /h3 /brul /brliProduction areas, laboratories, warehouses, and logistics areas. /li /brliCleanrooms and controlled-atmosphere areas. /li /brliPartitions, ceilings, doors, technical flooring, and pharmaceutical finishes. /li /brliRoofs, building envelopes, and structures. /li /brliTechnical building services and integrated systems. /li /brliExternal works, roads, and site infrastructure. /li /brliFire protection systems and accessibility features. /li /br /ul /br /brh3Required Profile /h3 /brul /brliDegree in engineering or a Master’s degree in construction, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field. /li /brliFive or more years of experience in construction project management, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or food industries. /li /brliProven experience in site coordination and supplier management. /li /brliKnowledge of GMP environments and qualification/validation requirements. /li /brliStrong knowledge of EHS regulations applicable to construction sites. /li /brliAdvanced knowledge of fire safety, with AEAI Specialist certification. /li /brliExperience in planning, budget monitoring, and risk management. /li /brliProficiency in project management and scheduling tools. /li /brliGood level of professional English. /li /br /ul /br /brh3Locations /h3 /brpCHE - Neuchatel /p /br /brh3Base Salary Range /h3 /brpCHF90,600.00 - CHF124,520.00 /p /br /brh3Employment Type /h3 /brpWorker Type Employee Worker Sub-Type Regular Time Type Full time /p /br /brpTakeda is an industry-leading, global pharmaceutical company with an unwavering dedication to putting patients at the center of everything we do.
