Lakera's Zurich site is Check Point's global center for AI security research and development, and it's where our Zurich engineering team is based. /p pThrough these acquisitions and the team's deep research and engineering expertise, Check Point has become a leader in AI security, delivering one of the industry's first end-to-end AI security stacks, covering applications and agents, across the full AI lifecycle. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 h3Lead technical strategy and execution /h3 ulliDefine and drive the architecture and technical direction for Red Teaming and Agentic Security products /li /ul ulliActively shape product strategy and roadmap, bringing a strong engineering perspective to business and product decisions /li /ul ulliSet and hold a high bar for quality and performance, working closely with product throughout development and deployment. /li /ul ulliWork with sales, customer success, and product to define and meet support and SRE SLAs. /li /ul h3Build and scale a world-class engineering organization /h3 ulliBuild and scale an engineering team that's recognized as world-leading in its field, with support from HR. /li /ul ulliDevelop engineers and engineering managers, growing their skills, impact, and career trajectory. /li /ul ulliBuild a culture defined by impact, autonomy, and innovation. /li /ul h3Align engineering with product and business goals /h3 ulliPartner with the VP RD and leadership to make engineering a driver of business outcomes, not just a delivery function. /li /ul ulliEnsure strong feedback loops between customers and engineering, partnering with product management and sales leadership. /li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 ulli10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including at least 3 years leading managers and scaling teams /li /ul ulliExperience leading engineering teams in both startup and large-company environments. /li /ul ulliExperience building enterprise-grade AI and/or cybersecurity products, ideally both, with a strong grasp of the full development lifecycle. /li /ul ulliA track record of elevating an existing engineering team's output, culture, and technical bar, not just building one from scratch. /li /ul ulliFluency in security and AI concepts, enough to earn credibility with senior engineers in this space quickly. You don't need to be a deep expert. /li /ul ulliExperience operating in a shared-ownership model, contributing strongly to strategy without sole authority /li /ul ulliStrong communication and people leadership: you build real relationships with customers, partners, and your own team. /li /ul ulliFamiliarity with the Zurich tech market: hiring and compensation norms, local talent networks, and working culture. /li /ul ulliStrong advantage: experience navigating the tension between startup-style autonomy and large-company process, ideally through an acquisition, integration, or similar structural change. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
