JAPANESE OR KOREAN SUSHI CHEF – ASIAN FUSION RESTAURANT – GERMANY!

An amazing new Asian fusion restaurant concept connecting Asian-Korean & Japanese culture and cuisine with a modern design in a new Restaurant & Bar concept. The team is already in place and coming from High End 1* and 2* Michelin environment!

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Japanese or Korean sushi chef coming from high-end fine dining restaurants in Europe.

Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday, 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Monday: Closed

Requirements

Candidate Specifications:

• Japanese or Korean sushi chef already based in Europe
• Experience in Japanese, Asian, Korean cuisine
• Coming from high-end, fine dining Asian fusion cuisine restaurants in Europe or abroad
• Able to work alone or with a team
• Available at short notice

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Contract Type: Permanent

For 5 working days, 2 days off

Working Hours:

• 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• 7 1/2 hours a day with a 30 min break
• Overtime is paid

Accommodation: Provided FREE
