Opened in 2022. The design will be modern and funky, attracting a younger generation of diners.
Steaks & Asian fusion cuisine with 50 covers for dine-in and take away.
Business focus: 50/50 dine-in/delivery.
4 chefs in the kitchen, including the Head Chef.
The restaurant will not have an open-plan kitchen or sushi bar.
Operating hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m.; Sunday & Monday Closed.
Delivery service: Tuesday to Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Requirements
- Junior sushi chef with at least 3 to 5 years experience in Nikkei style cuisine.
- Creative and ambitious chef who loves Asian/Japanese cuisine.
- Experience in international steaks & sushi concept would be a plus.
- Team player.
- Available at short notice.
Contract type: Permanent
For 5 working days, 2 days off, 40 hours per week.
Overtime is paid.
Salary: 2,000 to 2,300 EURO/Net per month (negotiable) + tips (200/300 EURO per month cash) x 12 salaries per year.
- Medical & pension insurance paid by the company.
- Accommodation will be provided at a cost of around 300 EURO/per month in a shared apartment with a private bedroom, shared kitchen, and bathroom.
