Take the next step in your career and join us as an Innovation & Application Development Manager (m/f/d). You will use your expertise to identify our customers‘ needs and present our products as tailor-made solutions or develop them further to meet customer and market requirements. You will be instrumental in developing new business opportunities and driving our growth in the Life Science sector.
Budenheim has various plants e.g. in Spain and Mexico. With around 1,200 employees, we have been producing speciality products and phosphates for the material and life science sectors for more than 100 years.
Your Tasks
- Lead and participate in innovation and product development projects in the medical nutrition application area
- Identify customer needs to gain customer interest in our existing products or new innovative applications
- Attend training courses and trade shows and present product developments at conferences
- Work with internal departments such as sales, marketing and product stewardship
Your Profile
- University degree in Food Technology, Medical Nutrition or Nutrition & Biomedicine and at least 5 years‘ professional experience in a medical nutrition position.
- Project management experience
- Convincing, experienced appearance and independent, organised way of working
- Willingness to travel and intercultural skills
- Business fluent in English
