The Vice President of Innovation serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving innovation across the organization. This role involves creating and executing forward-thinking strategies that position the company as a leader in its industry. The VP of Innovation oversees the identification, development, and implementation of new products, services, and business models while fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the organization.
Your Tasks
- Contribute to strategy execution of the Division with profitable revenue growth coming from successful market-driven innovation projects execution.
- Provide innovation vision and technical leadership to the Innovation & Application Development teams as well as the Research & Development team.
- Ensure discipline in innovation project management principles and improve the innovation process when needed due to market dynamics, while also fostering ideation and teamwork among all colleagues in the team.
- Evaluate and manage risks associated with innovation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and market standards.
- Foster open collaboration efforts to introduce new and existing products.
Your Profile
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related field required.
- Visionary leadership with experience in innovation.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and innovation portfolios.
- German and English (must have).
