tulanā builds decision intelligence platforms for operations where failure is not an option: pharmaceutical supply chains where a stockout can cost lives, or airlines recovering from a day of disrupted crews and aircraft.
Highly bespoke use cases with year-long deployment timelines are now apps built, deployed and orchestrated on our platform within weeks. We combine type-safe mathematical modeling (Markov decision processes, simulation and mathematical programming) and LLMs (AI agents) to improve and automate decisions at scale.
We are a small team of mostly PhDs founded by former BCG AI leads.
Your role
As our Decision Strategist, you connect what we build with what our customers need on the ground. Among other things, you will:

Own the delivery backlog and milestone plan for our customer deployments, taking customers from signed contract to daily use of the platform

Run workshops and stakeholder reviews with customer teams, including operations leads, plant managers, and supply chain directors

Work with our Decision Scientists to translate customer requirements into model specifications: you define what the model needs to do and why, they decide how

Prepare clear, compelling materials for customers and prospects, and represent tulanā at industry events and trade shows with the founders, including in the US

Your profile

1–5 years of experience in a fast-paced, structured environment (MBB, top-tier IB, or VC strongly preferred)

A track record of taking projects through to completion

Experience with backlogs, milestone plans, and stakeholder management

Technical affinity is a strong plus (enough understanding of data and systems to judge what is feasible), but no CS degree required

Willing and able to travel, including to the US, for customer sites and trades hows
