The ambition of our approximately 800 employees: Together, we want to “ACHIEVE MORE.” /ph3What makes your day with us special: /h3h3Operational Procurement Therapeutic Area Ownership /h3pYou are responsible for the operational procurement of pharmaceuticals, APIs and components for a defined therapeutic area, ensuring reliable and compliant supply. /ppYou act as the Single Point of Contact for CDMOs and manage end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinating closely with Sales, Quality, Artwork and Logistics to ensure on-time, in-full and compliant deliveries. /ph3End-to-End Order Processing (SAP S/4HANA) /h3pYou manage the full purchase order lifecycle, including order creation, confirmation tracking, deadline monitoring, goods receipt posting and invoice verification. /ph3Inventory Management Bridging Stocks /h3pYou monitor stock levels, manage bridging stock scenarios and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure continuous product availability. /ph3Master Data Planning Parameters /h3pYou maintain procurement-relevant master data and ensure high data quality across systems. /ph3Cross-functional Collaboration Projects /h3pYou contribute to supply chain projects such as divestments and transfers and work closely with Sales, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure smooth execution. /ph3Business Operations Continuous Improvement /h3pYou support business operations activities including process mapping, process visualization, KPI reporting and data analysis. /ph3What sets you apart: /h3h3Educational Background Experience /h3pYou hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences or a comparable field. /ppYou bring 3–7 years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement and/or CDMO management within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in operational purchasing. /ph3Operational Procurement Expertise /h3pYou have hands-on experience in managing operational procurement processes and working within regulated environments. /ph3Working Style Mindset /h3pYou are highly organized, analytical and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You demonstrate strong ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset. /ph3Stakeholder Communication Skills /h3pYou are a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively. /ph3Technical Skills /h3pYou have in-depth experience with SAP S/4HANA and IBP, as well as strong MS Office skills. /ph3Languages /h3pYou are fluent in English.
