YOUR MISSION In this role, you will take overall responsibility for an interdisciplinary development team – in technical, organisational and people-related matters. You will lead and develop staff from the software and hardware development teams and establish clear structures to enable effective collaboration across system boundaries.
At the same time, as an experienced Cloud Service Architect, you will set the technical direction and make embedded systems, cloud services and platforms work together seamlessly. You will ensure that clear product visions are translated into stable, scalable and cost-effective end-to-end solutions, and foster an environment in which quality, personal responsibility and continuous improvement are the norm.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will take on the technical and managerial leadership of the development teams (software and hardware) and be responsible for their professional development, collaboration and ability to deliver
You will oversee the overall technical implementation and ensure close integration between embedded systems, software components and cloud services
You will define and be responsible for the cloud architecture, with a clear focus on security, scalability, availability and cost optimisation
You will develop a holistic operations and security concept and, together with the team, establish a high-performance DevOps setup
As a key technical leader, you will work closely with product management and translate product requirements into actionable technical concepts for innovative digital health solutions
YOUR EXPERIENCES
You have a relevant degree and several years’ practical experience in software development
You have in-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and the development of modern cloud solutions
Experience in leading teams and strong communication skills in English and German round off your profile
