What you bring with you

• A successfully completed degree in medicine, pharmacy or natural sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.), ideally with a doctorate.
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and sound scientific expertise.
• Profound leadership experience with a coaching management style that promotes the personal responsibility and independence of your team members.
• A solid basic understanding of medical project management. You work in a structured manner and can manage projects efficiently and purposefully.
• A digital mindset and you use modern technologies to optimize processes.
• You are characterized by a high level of empathy and social skills.
• You are a strong communicator and can convey your ideas and concepts clearly and convincingly, but always leave room for the ideas of others.
• You combine innovative strength, agility and creative drive with an entrepreneurial mindset.

What are your tasks

• You will be responsible for the content and disciplinary management of your team and for the team results. You will promote the personal responsibility and independence of your team members. As co-lead for the entire Tx team, you will also be responsible for the team results together with the Head of Tx.

• You coordinate and develop the collaboration with the local cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Market Access etc.) as well as the contact persons at Global Medical Affairs and promote a strong team culture.
• You have budget and cost center responsibility for your department and ensure that we make optimal use of our resources.
• You support the Medical Director in the further development of the entire Medical Affairs division and contribute your expertise and commitment.
