Camplify is a peer-to-peer RV and van-sharing platform that connects holidaymakers with private vehicle owners. The platform was launched in Newcastle, Australia in 2015 after the founder realized many caravans sat unused in neighborhood driveways.
Today, together with our partner companies PaulCamper and MyWay, you can find us in Germany, Austria, Spain, the Netherlands, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

Your Team
We’re currently building up our Customer Support crew in Berlin and are looking to welcome two Customer Relationships Representatives and a Team Lead on September 1st. You’ll start out as a tight-knit squad of four, teaming up to cover our markets in Germany, the UK, Spain, and the Netherlands.

Must-haves
- A passion for camping and/or a deep understanding of the campervan community – ideally you know what it feels like when a camper van breaks down mid-road trip.
- Patience and empathy – you don't mind explaining the same thing three or four times, and you always keep your cool.
- Tenacity and a problem-solving mindset – you don't give up until you've cracked the case and found a solution.
- A people person – you genuinely love communicating and connecting with others.
- Language skills – English and Spanish at a C2 level, and German at a B1 level or better.
- Ready to roll – you are good to start on September 1st.
- You are based in Berlin or the surrounding area (to be honest - this is a VERY-nice-to-have!).
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- A basic grasp of insurance and related topics.
