Group Communications Manager with focus on Sustainability

If so, we would like to hear from you.We are looking for a Group Communications Manager to strengthen our Group Communications team at Lindt & Sprüngli’s headquarters in Kilchberg, Switzerland. In this role, you will primarily focus on sustainability communications and media relations, while also contributing to reputation management at large. As part of a small, collaborative team, you will be involved in content development, stakeholder management and a wide range of external and internal communications, such as advising Group’s subsidiaries worldwide and ensuring issue preparedness.Main Tasks:Lead the Group’s sustainability communications activities, including the annual sustainability report, press releases and presentationsManage media relations and act as media spokesperson for the GroupDevelop communication strategies and materialsCreate Q&As, key messages, briefings and speechesSupport executive communicationsContribute to communications preparedness for issues and crisesSupport subsidiaries on Group-relevant communications mattersSupport Group events, such as press conferences or the annual shareholder meetingEducation/Qualification & Experience:Master’s degree (or equivalent) in communications, journalism, or a related areaMinimum 6 years of relevant work experience in corporate communications and media relations, ideally with a focus on sustainability communication, and issue managementStrong written and verbal communication skills in both German and EnglishStrong interest in sustainability matters (knowledge of the cocoa sector is an advantage)Well organized and able to set priorities, meet tight deadlines and handle workload peaksComfortable interacting with senior management and working in cross-functional teamsSelf-starter with a hands-on work attitudeStrong team player with a service-oriented, flexible mindsetAble to handle confidential information with discretion
