- Monitor daily EDI transactions (850, 860, 856, 810) and resolve routine issues using existing procedures.
- Investigate EDI issues using portals, logs, and supporting artifacts, diving into flat files to identify data issues.
- Test and validate custom Net Suite solutions including scripts, workflows, saved searches, and custom records.
- Perform structured data cleanup in Net Suite across customers, items, and transactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years experience in systems, operations, analytics, or technical support.
- EDI experience required; Net Suite exposure and AI exposure preferred.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, comfortable with structured data and files.
- Willing to troubleshoot and find solutions, take leadership, and handle projects through completion.
- Salary range $85,000 - $100,000 + 15% annual bonus.
