RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Erfassung und Pflege von Zeitdaten der Mitarbeitenden

• Unterstützung bei der E-Mail-Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden

• Mithilfe bei der Verwaltung und Betreuung von Mitarbeiterbenefits

• Mitarbeit bei der Ausstellung von Mitarbeiterausweisen und deren Ausgabe

• Gewährleistung der Aktualität und Richtigkeit von Personalstammdaten in den HR-Systemen

• Unterstützung bei den Vorarbeiten für die Entgeltabrechnung

REQUIREMENTS:

• Studium im Bereich BWL, Personalwesen, Finance oder Sozialmanagement

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen

• Selbstständiges Arbeiten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Teamorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
