We are looking for our Customer Service EU departments in Geneva (Switzerland) a :

Overview of the job :

The Customer Service E-Commerce Ambassador is part of a team of core clientelling with the aim of maintaining the highest level of service to all Christian Louboutin clients through phone and email mainly.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Ambassador of Christian Louboutin
  2. Communicate company policy to customers as necessary and observe at all times client confidentiality and company policies for data protection and security
  3. Build strong client relationships and client book and representing the Christian Louboutin brand image with all customer interactions
  4. Ensure customer expectations are always exceeded
  5. Customer inquiries (phone, email, social media) :
  6. Day-to-day management of any customer inquiries (phone and written communication) via call centers and emails
  7. Ensure calls are handled efficiently at Christian Louboutin standards
  8. Identify ways to personalize the experience for every customer, whenever possible
  9. Demonstrate company writing styles and phone manner
  10. Ensure to deliver an outstanding shopping experience to every customer contact, in all forms of communication; by telephone and written communication
  11. Product awareness:
  12. Offer knowledgeable and professional styling advice to customers and achieve sales by maximizing all customer contact opportunities
  13. Liaise with appropriate boutique and/or other internal services over issues or queries raised by customers
  14. Work with challenging customers in a professional and timely manner, resolving escalated customer complaints quickly and efficiently and turning a bad customer experience into an exceptionally positive one
  15. Escalate any issues with recommended solutions to line manager and follow up with customer as needed
  16. Dynamic team member:
  17. Work together with your fellow team members to support each other at busy times and in demanding situations
  18. Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  19. Any other tasks as reasonably required

Profile and skills requirements:

  1. 1-2 years previous retail/customer service/ecommerce experience, preferably in a luxury environment
  2. Fluent in English & French. Additional language skill a real plus
  3. Experience communication skills (written and verbal)
  4. Experience with CRM tools a plus (Salesforce)
  5. Commercial, sales driven approach is essential
  6. Must show affinity with the luxury consumer
  7. Positive, enthusiastic, with an ongoing commitment to achieving high quality results
  8. Flexible attitude and positive approach to change
  9. Self-motivated, proactive and energetic
  10. Stands with authenticity, integrity and respect. Honest and transparent. Ability to handle personal information with the utmost discretion
  11. Passionate about her/his own career development and self-awareness of areas of improvement – Curious and have a willingness to learn and develop
