As the Head of Consumer Marketing , you will lead Chrono24’s global consumer marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through CRM, Performance Marketing, and Paid PR . You will oversee all consumer-facing marketing channels, ensuring a data-driven and customer-centric approach to maximize brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

What you can expect
- Develop and execute Chrono24’s global marketing strategy to drive growth across web and mobile channels
- Oversee customer acquisition and engagement programs, utilizing performance marketing, CRM, and paid PR to drive results
- Own the consumer marketing teams P&L and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI
- Manage and scale a growing team of 4+
- Foster a data-driven and performance-oriented team culture
What sets you apart
- Extensive experience in consumer marketing, with a strong background in CRM, performance marketing ideally in an e-commerce, marketplace, or luxury goods
- Proven experience leading teams
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution modelling, and data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and ad tech solutions
- Experience in international markets and an understanding of cultural nuances in consumer marketing
- Strong interest in the luxury goods industry, ideally in high-end watches
