About
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will strengthen relationships with our most important dealer partners in Italy—with a clear focus on revenue growth, utilization of our solutions, and partner satisfaction. You will manage a strategic portfolio, develop growth strategies, provide advanced support and training, and proactively identify cross- and upselling opportunities. In addition, you will monitor performance (KPIs) and derive actionable measures for continuous improvement.

What you can expect
- Responsibility for a defined portfolio of key dealer accounts and their development
- Development and implementation of account plans to increase revenue, profitability, and product adoption
- Consultative support on platform features, best practices, and new solutions; planning and conducting trainings/webinars
- Identification and realization of cross- and upselling opportunities that create mutual value
- Monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs (e.g., revenue, conversion, activity and quality metrics), including deriving actionable measures
- Regular business reviews with stakeholders and decision makers
- Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Support to prioritize market feedback and drive solutions
- Management of renewals, commercial negotiations, and package optimization for long-term partnerships
- Diligent maintenance of the CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Occasional travel to partner meetings, industry events, and team offsites
What sets you apart
- 3+ years of experience in key account management, partnerships, or a comparable B2B role—ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS
- Proven track record in scaling strategic accounts, preferably in the italian market
- Strong consultative sales skills, confident negotiation abilities, and effective stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and BI/reporting tools
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and structured account planning
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented working style with a high sense of ownership
- Fluent English & Italian, both written and spoken; additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus
